本文报告西宁地区小儿感染性休克208例甲皱微循环的变化,同时以西宁地区394例健康儿童为对照组以作比较。西宁地区小儿感染性休克时①毛细血管形态学改变:管袢清晰度下降,管袢数目减少,管袢长度缩短,畸形管袢增多。②血液动力学改变:红细胞聚集严重,早期见到白色微小血栓,血流缓慢。③毛细血管袢周围改变:管袢周围渗出明显、偶有出血。提示高海拔地区小儿感染性休克时甲皱微循环障碍严重。
This article reports 208 cases of pediatric septic shock in Xining area nail fold microcirculation changes, while 394 healthy children in Xining Prefecture as a control group for comparison. Septic shock in children in Xining ① capillary morphological changes: the clarity of the tube 下 decreased, the number of tube 减 reduced, tube 袢 length shortened, an increase of deformity tube 袢. ② hemodynamic changes: severe erythrocyte aggregation, early to see the white tiny thrombus, blood flow is slow. ③ changes around the capillaries:: Tubular oozing around the obvious occasional bleeding. Prompted high altitude acute septic shock in children with microcirculation disorders.
