不管住在城里还是乡下,我们每个人对农村都有着千丝万缕的联系。那么,我国农村能否持续发展,农民收入能否普遍提高,是我们一直关心的话题。今天,如何面对全球经济一体化和加入 WTO 的挑战,如何解决好我国农村众多小生产者与千变万化大市场的矛盾,如何进一步提高农民的收入,成为我国农业发展中面临着的一个重要课题。而这些是一家一户分散经营的农户难以解决的。前不久,记者在河北省采访中看到,那里许多农民已经不用再发愁生产什么产品呀和怎么样把产品卖个好价钱了。那么,他们靠的是什么呢?
