现将我院近10年来使用强的松治疗面肌痉挛(亦称Bell’s spasm)192例治疗结果,报告如下。 1.资料与方法 强的松组男99例,女93例,年龄15～50岁,病程1周以内;面肌活动平均得分7.3分;对照组:男43例,女40例;年龄、病程、面肌活动得分与强的松组相似。治疗方法:对照组使用VitBco和扩血管药。强的松组使用上述药物同时加强的松口服,开始5日,50mg/日,以后逐渐减量,疗程10天,总量300mg,每日量分二次口服。 评分标准 面神经麻痹程度的判定,采用日本面神经研究会提出的3等级和40满分法,除40得百分比。本文对治愈后有联动、面肌痉挛、鳄鱼泪等后遗症患者,每项后遣症按轻重分别减去2、4分,恢复到36分(90％)
