社会福利政策是惠民政策,对社会的稳定起到了很大的作用。在福利制度下养懒汉的福利病还不是我们中国的主要问题,而且专家预言在30年内也不会形成大气候。但是,在局部地区“布悠族”已经凸显,也预示着社会福利制度的漏洞。既然看到问题,就应该找到相应的对策去解决,从而完善目前僵化的福利制度。本文从“布悠族”的心理特征入手剖析现状,进而提出对策。
Social Welfare Policy is a Huimin policy and has played a significant role in social stability. It is not our main problem in China to support the welfare sickness system under the welfare system, and experts predict that it will not form a major climate within 30 years. However, in some areas, the “Buyuzu” has been highlighted, which also indicates the loopholes in the social welfare system. Since we see the problem, we should find the appropriate countermeasures to solve it, so as to improve the current rigid welfare system. This article analyzes the status quo from the psychological characteristics of “Buyuzu” and puts forward countermeasures.
