分组教学法,就是在教学中为了学习的需要,按照一定的原则将学生分成小组,共同学习、共同提高的教学方法。由于分组教学法对于学生合作精神、竞争意识和学生学习兴趣的提高大有裨益,所以它被广泛运用于各个学科教学中,特别是在英语教学中,如果运用得当,对促进学生听说读写能力的提高更有事倍功半的效果。但在实际操作过程中,很多老师往往由于种种原因而无法将它进行到底,笔者在多年的教学实践中,探究了一些行之有效的方法,现将我的经验与大家分享。一分组前的准备工作
