文章分析了校企合作的模式演变及阶段特征,校企深度合作面临的主要问题包括政府对校企合作的主导作用缺乏机制配套设计、行业组织对校企合作指导的缺位还比较明显、企业缺乏成熟的合作意识与长远规划等,要提高校企合作的深度,需要在组织管理协调、教师队伍建设、实训基地建设等六个方面建立有效的体制机制。
The article analyzes the pattern evolution and stage characteristics of school-enterprise cooperation. The main problems faced by the school-enterprise cooperation in depth include the lack of mechanism supporting design of the government’s leading role in the cooperation between school and enterprises, the absence of guidance by industry organizations on the cooperation between school and enterprises, Lack of mature awareness of cooperation and long-term planning, to enhance the depth of school-enterprise cooperation, we need to establish effective institutional mechanisms in six aspects: organization and management coordination, building of teaching staff and training base.
