应用大脑反应时间测定仪,对405例50岁以上的正常人,以5岁为一年龄组分别检测,发现大脑反应时间与年龄呈正相关(P<0.01),各年龄组间也具有显著性差异(F=19.62,P<0.01),提示大脑反应时间在正常人群中具有一定规律性,利用这种规律性,有助于对脑功能的评定。对111例具有脑动脉硬化的病人检测,并与正常组配对比较,发现两组间差异显著(P<0.02、0.05),提示用大脑反应时间可作为脑动脉硬化诊断与疗效随访时脑功能检测的一种客观指标。
