继高中会考向社会开放以后,浙江日前对普通高中会考实行重大改革:从高二年级开始,普通高中的语文、数学、外语3门学科的考试将由学校自主决定考试形式,同时普通高中其他必修学科会考将取消考查形式,全部采用考试的形式,成绩分为优秀、良好、及格和不及格4个等级。针对这一高中会考改革的具体方案,浙江省教育厅有关负责人说,目的旨在减轻学生的考试负担,促进学生基础知识和基本能力的发展,以利于学生创新精神和实践能力的培养。
