河南省武陟县沁水河畔,16层高的农民公寓高高耸立,几十家厂房排列有序,宾馆式的办公大楼门额上,镶嵌着“焦作市黄河集团公司”的金字匾牌。这就是远近闻名的西滑封村。村荣誉室里,国家级、省级“文明村”、“先进党组织”等几十块牌匾金光闪闪。在这里,连续10多年无刑事案件和治安事件。国务院副总理温家宝视察该村后,称赞他们的精神文明建设走在了全国前列。提起这些荣誉,村民总是自豪地说:“火车跑得快,全靠车头带。没有王书记的思想政治工作,就没有西滑封的今天!”

Mention these honors, the villagers are always proud to say: “The train runs fast, thanks to the front band.Without the ideological and political work of Wang Shuji, there is no West slip today!”
