细胞因子信号转导抑制因子(SOCS)基因的异常甲基化与多种人类肿瘤的发生、发展有明显的相关性。SOCS基因的甲基化沉默导致JAK/STAT途径的结构激活,从而造成了致癌基因和增殖相关基因的激活并最终导致了肿瘤的形成。
Aberrant methylation of cytokine signal transduction inhibitory factor (SOCS) gene has obvious correlation with the occurrence and development of many human tumors. Methylation of the SOCS gene silences the structural activation of the JAK / STAT pathway, resulting in the activation of oncogenes and proliferation-associated genes and eventually tumorigenesis.
