[目的]探讨小于胎龄儿(small for gestational age,SGA)生后早期的追赶生长与IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平的相关性。[方法]采用前瞻性研究方法,比较41名SGA与65名适于胎龄儿(appropriate for gestational age,AGA)出生及3个月龄时的体格测量值与IGF-1、IGFBP-3的关系以及SGA的追赶生长与上述指标的相关性。[结果]SGA3月龄时IGF-1、IGFBP-3值均高于AGA;SGA的追赶生长与IGF-1、IGFBP-3值明显正相关(P﹤0.05)。在34名SGA中21名出现了追赶生长,其IGF-1、IGFBP-3值均显著高于未追赶组。[结论]SGA早期的追赶生长与IGF-1、IGF-BP-3水平密切相关,IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平低,可能会导致生长迟缓。
[Objective] To investigate the relationship between catch-up growth and IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 levels in early stage of small for gestational age (SGA). [Methods] A prospective study was conducted to compare the relationship between body measurements and IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 in 41 SGA patients and 65 eligible for gestational age patients (AGA) at birth and at 3 months of age As well as the SGA’s catch-up growth and the above indicators. [Results] The IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 values in SGA3 months were higher than AGA. The catch-up growth of SGA was positively correlated with IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 (P <0.05). 21 out of 34 SGA caught up, their IGF-1, IGFBP-3 values were significantly higher than the non-catch-up group. [Conclusion] The early catch-up growth of SGA is closely related to the levels of IGF-1 and IGF-BP-3. The low level of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 may lead to growth retardation.
