痛风在临床上,常和“类风湿性关节炎”、“风湿性关节炎”等结缔组织性疾病相混淆,极易发生误诊。例1 男性,42岁,因全身小关节反复疼痛,畸形、溃破.于1984年12月22日拟“类风湿性关节炎”,“左足溃疡”收住外科,经抗风湿,扩创,换药等治疗,病情毫无缓解。12月23日经内科会诊,追问病史,发现患者1971年突然左足第1跖趾关节剧烈疼痛伴红溃、发热,局部感觉过敏,轻轻抚摸或少许活动均可引起难以忍受的剧痛,以后反复发作,次数渐趋频繁,并逐渐累及踝、腕、指、膝关节等。曾去外地医院治疗,均误诊为“类风湿性关节炎”,经用皮质激素,消炎痛等药后,可使症状减
