尘肺是因吸入粉尘所致的肺泡功能单位的损伤,其早期表现为巨噬细胞肺泡炎,晚期导致不同程度的肺纤维化。肺功能检查能客观反应肺脏功能状态,本文旨在研究煤工尘肺(CWP)壹期、贰期患者,健康接尘工人,井上非接尘工人肺功能状态。探讨CWP壹期、贰期患者肺功能损害程度、规律及特点。为CWP患者肺功能的研究及我国CWP患者的致残程度鉴定标准修订提供依据。
Pneumoconiosis is a loss of alveolar functional units due to inhaled dust, with early manifestations of macrophage alveolitis and late stages leading to varying degrees of pulmonary fibrosis. Pulmonary function tests can objectively reflect the functional status of the lungs. This paper aims to study the pulmonary function status of CWP Phase I and II patients, health workers exposed to the dust and non-dust workers in the well. To investigate the extent, regularity and characteristics of pulmonary function impairment in patients with stage I and stage II of CWP. CWP in patients with pulmonary function and CWP patients with disability identification standards to provide the basis for revision.
