为开发新型的天然烟用香料,采用超临界CO2萃取法提取金莲花挥发油,运用Py/GC-MS技术对热裂解产物进行定性和定量分析,并进行卷烟加香实验。结果表明,在300、600、900℃的热裂解条件下,分别鉴定出43、41和37种成分,裂解产物主要是醛类、烯类、酸类和酮类等具有特征香味的香气成分。适量添加超临界CO2萃取金莲花挥发油具有协调烟气、修饰吸味,减轻刺激性和降低杂气的作用。
In order to develop a new type of natural tobacco flavor, the volatile oil of Trollius chinensis was extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction. Py / GC-MS was used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the pyrolysis products. The results showed that under the pyrolysis conditions of 300, 600 and 900 ℃, 43, 41 and 37 components were identified respectively. The pyrolysis products were mainly aroma components with the characteristic aroma such as aldehydes, alkenes, acids and ketones.
