一、沿革及现状：静宁县档案馆于1959年12月正式成立，隶属县委。后曾一度撤销，业务由县委办公室兼办。1977年4月恢复档案馆。1982年9月成立档案局。1983年11月拉局留馆。1984年5月恢复。此后，局、馆两块牌子，一套机构，合署办公。1988年3月档案局、馆由县委改归县政府序列
