全国建设工程质量工作会议10月5日至7日在北京召开。这是建设部在“九五”开局之年召开的一次关系建设事业发展全局的重要会议。全国各省市建委(厅、局)建筑业主管领导以及获奖企业代表400余人参加了会议。建设部侯捷部长作了重要讲话,谭庆琏副部长作了“对人民负责,对历史负责,加快实现两个转变,走质量兴业之路”的工作报告,建设部总工程师、建筑业司司长姚兵作了大会总结发言。这次会议,按照中央提出的两个转变的要求,总结了“八五”期间工程质量工作的成绩,交流了经验,分析了存在的问题,研究了进一步提高工程质量的对策,明确了“九五”期间实现工程质量振兴的指导思想、奋斗目标和工作重点。
The National Construction Engineering Quality Work Conference was held in Beijing from October 5th to 7th. More than 400 representatives from building management committees (departments and bureaus) of the provinces and municipalities across the country attended the conference.
