常染色体显性遗传性粉尘状白内障是常见的眼部疾病,它通常使人失明,其表型是分布于晶状体的不同部位像粉尘样的混浊。本文就常染色体显性遗传性粉尘状白内障的相关蛋白、基因突变作一综述。
Autosomal dominant inherited dusty cataract is a common ocular disease, it usually causes blindness, its phenotype is distributed in different parts of the lens like dusty cloudiness. This article reviews the related proteins and gene mutations of autosomal dominant dusty cataract.
