通过点击反应合成了一种以降冰片烯为骨架含蒽荧光团环状双三唑化合物1及其非环对应物2,并研究了其对金属离子荧光识别能力.在CH_3CN-H_2O(V∶V=90∶10)溶液中,受体分子1仅对Hg~(2+)有很好的荧光淬灭响应.有意思的是,非环受体2对Zn~(2+),Hg~(2+)与Cu~(2+)都有荧光识别响应,其中滴加Zn~(2+)使受体2荧光增强,而滴加Hg~(2+)与Cu~(2+)则导致其荧光淬灭.同时对受体分子与金属离子的结合模式通过1H NMR滴定及密度泛函理论(DFT)计算进行了探讨.
