目的:比较BABL/C小鼠和本实验室培养的封闭群布氏田鼠的增强呼气间歇,分析两者之间的气道反应性差别。方法:利用EMKA肺功能检测系统测定清醒无创状态下4周龄~6周龄BABL/C小鼠和布氏田鼠的各项呼吸生理参数,使布氏田鼠和小鼠吸入0.494 g/L~30 g/L倍增浓度的乙酰甲胆碱(Mch),测定相应浓度下的增强呼气间歇(Penh)指标。结果:通过对这两种动物的气道反应性的比较分析,发现布氏田鼠的气道高反应性(AHR)在Mch的刺激下比BABL/C小鼠明显。在3.75 g/L Mch的刺激下,布氏田鼠的Penh值明显高于BABL/C小鼠。结论:Penh指标可以成功检测BABL/C小鼠和本实验室培养的封闭群布氏田鼠的高气道反应性。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the enhanced expiratory intervals between BABL / C mice and the closed-frame Brandt’s voles (Microtus brandti) cultured in our laboratory and analyze the difference in airway responsiveness between the two groups. Methods: Respiratory physiological parameters of 4 and 6 weeks old BABL / C mice and Brandt’s vole (Microtus brandti) were measured by EMKA pulmonary function test system. The mice and mice were anesthetized with 0.494 g / L ~ 30 g / L doubling concentration of methacholine (Mch), measured at the corresponding concentration of enhanced expiratory interval (Penh) indicators. Results: By comparing the airway responsiveness of these two animals, it was found that the airway hyperresponsiveness (AHR) in Brandt’s voles was more pronounced than that of BABL / C mice under Mch stimulation. Under the stimulation of 3.75 g / L Mch, the Penh value of Brandt’s voles was significantly higher than that of BABL / C mice. Conclusion: The Penh index can successfully detect the high airway responsiveness of BABL / C mice and the closed-frame Brandt’s vole (Microtus brandti) cultured in this laboratory.
