我是成仿吾校长的学生,后又在他领导下从事多年的教育工作。在教育工作中成校长经常告诫我们:培养学生固然要有各种专业知识和专业技能,同时要对学生进行马克思列宁主义毛泽东思想的教育,学生才能在毕业后分配到各个工作岗位上很好为人民服务,做好工作。 1945年8月,日本帝国主义投降后,华北联合大学从河北阜平农村迁到张家口。1945年底和1946年初有大量的中学、大学和从国外留学回来的青年学生,从当时国民党统治区的北平、天津等地来到联大学习。学校为了培养他们,继续办在阜平时已经开始办的政治班,学校要我负责政治一班的工作。1946春,成校长要我去汇报政治班的工作和讨论教学计划。汇报完了之后,他指示说:这些青年学生,大都是十几岁二十几岁,对他们的政治思想和文化水平,要进行认真的研究,要根据他们的具体情况进行教育。抗战八年,他们在日本侵略者
I am a pupil of Cheng Kung Wu, and I have been engaged in many years of education under his leadership. In order to train them, the school continued to run the political classes that Fuping had already started. The school asked me to take charge of the first class of politics. In the spring of 1946, headmaster asked me to report on the work of the political class and to discuss the teaching plan. After the report was over, he instructed that these young students, mostly teens and twenties, should conduct serious studies on their political thinking and cultural level and should educate them according to their specific conditions.
