以结构目标可靠度为约束条件对潜艇耐压圆柱壳进行了优化设计研究.根据潜艇耐压圆柱壳结构的特点确定设计变量和相应的结构失效模式,并确立结构优化时的优化目标及有关约束条件,其中,可靠性约束是考虑潜艇耐压圆柱壳强度和稳定性失效的系统可靠性.推导了相应的计算公式,编制了可用于工程实际的计算机程序,并以一具体实例进行了优化设计分析,为潜艇结构的可靠性设计提供一定的理论基础.
The optimal design of the submarine pressure-resistant cylindrical shell is studied with the structural target reliability as the constraint condition. The design variables and the corresponding failure modes of the structure are determined according to the structure of the submarine’s pressure-resistant cylindrical shell. The optimization objectives and the related constraints are established when the structure is optimized. The reliability constraint considers the strength and stability failure of the submarine’s pressure-resistant cylindrical shell System reliability. The corresponding calculation formulas are deduced and the computer programs that can be used in engineering practice are compiled. The optimization design and analysis are carried out with a concrete example to provide a theoretical basis for the reliability design of submarine structures.
