针对地下矿山事故频发、救援困难以及应急通信薄弱等特点,分析地下矿山紧急通信信号的衰减过程,得出个体心理及行为偏差是信息传达的主要影响因素的结论。文章介绍了美国紧急通讯三角关系的模型原理及内容,并运用其方法针对某矿山进行了实际演练和培训,结果分析显示这种培训方法效果明显,能显著提高地下矿山紧急通信的效果,具有广阔应用和推广前景。
According to the frequent occurrence of underground mine accidents, the difficulty of rescue and the weakness of emergency communications, this paper analyzes the decay process of emergency communications signals in underground mines and draws the conclusion that the individual psychology and behavior deviation are the main factors affecting the information transmission. This paper introduces the model principle and content of the triangle of emergency communications in the United States, and conducts practical exercises and trainings on the mine using the method. The results show that the training method is effective and can significantly improve the effectiveness of emergency communications in underground mines. Application and promotion of the future.
