本文利用光纤光栅 (FBG)形成外腔反馈及F P半导体激光器的多模特性 ,得到波长稳定、可调谐的半导体激光光源 ,系统研究了不同反馈比率对激光器光谱特性的影响 通过向FBG施加轴向拉力和压力可实现 1 0nm的波长调谐 ,得到一系列波长间隔 0 94nm的激光输出 ,边模抑制比达 35dB ,光谱线宽小于 0 2nm .
In this paper, the FBG (FBG) is used to form the cavity feedback and the multi-mode characteristics of the FP semiconductor laser to obtain the wavelength-stabilized and tunable semiconductor laser light source. The effects of different feedback ratios on the spectral characteristics of the laser are systematically studied. And pressure can achieve 10nm wavelength tuning, get a series of laser output wavelength of 0 94nm, the side mode suppression ratio of 35dB, the spectral line width is less than 0 2nm.
