This paper discusses the necessity of constructing the language skills, culture and specialty curricula of “College English” in colleges and universities and expounds the guiding ideology and fundamental goals of building “English of the English” language skills, culture and specialty curricula. Taking Northeastern University as an example, this paper explores the train of thought and implementation process of language skills, culture and professional curricula in “College English”.
