金属壳谐振陀螺的信号处理,是谐振子实现角速率测量的关键,主要涉及压电电极的信号调理、振型的稳定控制和角速率信号的解算。针对金属壳谐振陀螺的信号处理方法进行研究,首先分析了金属壳谐振陀螺信号特点,确定数字式信号调理方式;在谐振子机电耦合模型的基础上,建立陀螺的等效电路模型;利用频域分析方法,对模型参数进行辨识;研究多回路控制检测方法与实现方式,分析各回路间的作用效果,实现输入角速率的准确检测。通过仿真验证与实际测试,验证了所述方法的有效性。
The signal processing of metal-shell resonant gyroscope is the key to realize the angular rate measurement of the resonator. It mainly involves the signal conditioning of the piezoelectric electrode, the stable control of the vibration mode and the solution of the angular velocity signal. Aiming at the signal processing method of the metal shell resonant gyroscope, the characteristics of the metal shell resonant gyroscope signal are firstly analyzed to determine the digital signal conditioning mode. Based on the coupled model of the resonator, an equivalent circuit model of the gyroscope is established. Analysis methods to identify the model parameters; research multi-loop control methods and methods of detection, analysis of the role of the loop between the effect of the input rate to achieve an accurate detection. Through simulation and actual test, the effectiveness of the method is verified.
