为了满足包装工业对人才的需求,加强包装教育的领导和协调工作,中国包装技术协会于1982年成立了包装教育委员会。中央领导同志也在1983年明确指示:要定向培养包装方面的人才。自此后,包装教育似烂漫的山花开遍了祖国大地。
In order to meet the needs of the packaging industry for talented people and to strengthen the leadership and coordination of packaging education, the China Packaging Technology Association established the Packaging Education Committee in 1982. The central leading comrades also clearly pointed out in 1983 that they should orient their cultivation personnel in packaging. Since then, packed education like a mountain of flowers blooming all over the motherland.
