目的探讨牙科椅旁CEREC3D计算机辅助设计和制作技术(computer-aided design&computer-aided manufacture,CAD/CAM)系统进行瓷嵌体、贴面和全冠修复的临床效果。方法应用CEREC3D系统为86例患者制作全瓷修复体,其中嵌体65颗,贴面46颗,全冠21颗。记录各修复体加工时间,并于修复后6、12个月按改良USPHS标准评价临床疗效。结果修复体平均加工时间约15min,除1颗高嵌体、1颗全冠破损失败,1颗嵌体的舌侧部分牙体折断外,其余修复体无破损、松动、脱落,牙体无折断、劈裂和继发龋等不良现象。修复后6、12个月各项指标大都达到A级标准,2次评价结果无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论椅旁CEREC3D系统近期修复效果好,用时短,为临床提供了一个独特的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of CEREC3D dental CAD / CAM system on porcelain inlay, veneer and crown restoration. Methods CEREC3D system was used to make all-ceramic restoration for 86 patients, including 65 inlays, 46 veneers and 21 full crowns. Record the processing time of each restoration, and evaluate the clinical efficacy according to the modified USPHS standard 6 and 12 months after the repair. Results The average restoration time of the prosthesis was about 15 minutes. Except for one inlay, one crown failed, one of the lingual part of the inlay was broken, and the rest of the prosthesis did not break, loosen or fall off, and the tooth did not break , Split and secondary caries and other undesirable phenomena. At 6 and 12 months after repair, most of the indicators reached Grade A standard. There was no significant difference between the two evaluations (P> 0.05). Conclusion The CEREC3D system near the chair has good rehabilitative effect in the near future and provides a unique clinical treatment for patients with short duration.
