2000℃数字电阻自动测定装置采用数字电压表自动巡回显示及打印记录,用钽管发热体间接加热,钨铼热电偶测温,温度达2000℃,真空度10~(-4)~10~(-5)毫米汞柱,测量误差在2%以内。本文介绍了测试线路,炉体结构,配套设备,测定了钽、钨-铼、铁-钴合金、镍钨锆等多种金属材料的高温电阻率,并对影响测量精度的因素进行了讨论。为了研究合金组织性能的变化,利用本设备还测定了不同热处理制度对卡玛合金高温电阻的影响,及铁钴合金磁性转变随温度的电阻率变化。
2000 ℃ digital resistance automatic measurement device using digital voltmeter automatic tour display and print records, with tantalum tube heating body indirect heating, tungsten rhenium thermocouple temperature, the temperature of 2000 ℃, the degree of vacuum 10 ~ (-4) ~ 10 ~ ( -5) mmHg, the measurement error is less than 2%. In this paper, the testing circuit, furnace structure and supporting equipment are introduced. The high temperature resistivity of various metal materials such as tantalum, tungsten-rhenium, iron-cobalt alloy, nickel tungsten and zirconium are measured and the factors affecting the measuring accuracy are discussed. In order to study the changes of the properties of the alloy, the equipment was also used to determine the influence of different heat treatment systems on the high temperature resistance of KAMMA alloy and the change of the resistivity of the iron-cobalt alloy with temperature.
