针对小煤矿散、乱、安全隐患多等问题,国家相继出台政策,鼓励现有大型煤炭企业积极兼并重组小煤矿,合理布局,鼓励发展多元化经营的具有国际竞争力的大型企业集团。在后振兴时代,物流将在大型煤炭企业发展战略中扮演重要的角色,如何发展煤炭企业物流并与企业战略发展协调,如何根据国家政策制定相应的策略,这些都值得思考。
In view of the scattered and chaotic small coal mines and many potential safety problems, the state has successively introduced policies to encourage existing large-scale coal mines to actively merge and reorganize small coal mines, rationally layout and encourage the development of a diversified and internationally competitive large enterprise group. In the post-rejuvenation era, logistics will play an important role in the development strategy of large-scale coal enterprises. How to develop the logistics of coal enterprises and coordinate with the strategic development of enterprises and how to formulate corresponding strategies according to national policies are all worth considering.
