隋唐时期的社会保障机制在中国社会保障发展史中的地位举足轻重,义仓制度是其核心内容之一。隋唐义仓制度的变迁可划分为初建、发展、较为成熟和衰落时期。隋唐义仓制度呈现出财政性、社会保障性、灵活性和管理机制健全等特征。比较完善的信息传播系统为隋唐义仓制度的有效运行奠定了基础,但是古代封建中央集权统治所具有的历史局限性使得隋唐义仓制度最终走向了衰落。
The social security system in the Sui and Tang Dynasties played an important role in the history of the development of social security in China. YiCang system is one of its core contents. The vicissitudes of the system of Yi warehouses in the Sui and Tang Dynasties can be divided into initial construction, development, maturity and decline. The system of Yi warehouses in the Sui and Tang Dynasties showed the characteristics of fiscal, social security, flexibility and sound management mechanism. The relatively complete system of information dissemination laid the foundation for the effective operation of the YiCang system in the Sui and Tang Dynasties. However, the historical limitations of the ancient centralized feudalism led to the decline of the YiCang system in the Sui and Tang Dynasties.
