近年来,新闻媒体因为所刊播的法制新闻而引发新闻纠纷的事例屡见不鲜。不仅给报道对象带来烦恼,对于新闻单位来说,既耗费时间和精力,影响工作,损害采编人员以至媒体的声誉和经济利益,还影响了整个新闻事业和新闻队伍的良好形象。如何才能尽可能地避免此类事件的发生呢?笔者认为,作为媒体和新闻采编人员在不断增强法治观念、法律意识的前提下,在法制报道中要注意处理好以下三个关系: 一.正确处理媒体本质与维护正义的关系。作为媒体采编人员,必须弄清楚媒体的本质。传播学说媒体的本质是传播信息。媒体所赖以生存的,彼此之间所竞争的,是更快、更多、更有价值、更有吸引力的信息。这里的信息从广义来讲,也可包含舆论,即表达一定群体的观点和倾向,其中当然可以内涵着新闻工作者对正义的体验和追求。正义是有良知的媒体重视的一个价值,维护正义是我国媒体及其新闻工作者的道德追求和价值取向,和媒体的本质无关。因而,在法制报道中,新闻工作者必须正确处理媒体
In recent years, there have been quite a few cases in which news media have caused media disputes over the legal news broadcasts. This not only brings troubles to the target audiences, but also consumes time and effort for news organizations to influence their work, undermine the reputation and economic interests of editorial staff and the media, and affect the good image of the entire journalism and news team. How can we avoid such incidents as much as possible? I believe that as media and news editors continue to enhance the concept of the rule of law, under the premise of legal awareness in the legal report should pay attention to handle the following three relationships: 1. Correct Deal with the relationship between media essence and justice. As a media editorial staff, we must clarify the nature of the media. The essence of media is the dissemination of information. The media, on the other hand, compete with each other for faster, more, more valuable, and more attractive information. In a broad sense, the information here can also include public opinions, that is, the opinions and tendencies of certain groups of people, which of course can imply the journalists’ experience and pursuit of justice. Justice is a value attached to a conscientious media. It is the moral pursuit and value orientation of our media and their journalists to safeguard justice and has nothing to do with the nature of the media.
