由中国股份制企业评价中心会同国家体改委、国家经贸委、中国证监会、国家统计局对全国近二万家股份有限公司和有限责任公司进行综合评价,选出94年度中国最大300家股份制企业,其中批发零售贸易企业100家,本刊现公布100家批发零售贸易股份制企业的名称和销售总额,并将陆续报道这些企业特别是上市公司的运作模式和经验,开展讨论,以促进现代化企业制度的完善与发展。
The China Joint-stock Enterprises Evaluation Center together with the State Commission for Economic Restructuring, the State Economic and Trade Commission, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and the National Bureau of Statistics conducted a comprehensive evaluation of nearly 20,000 joint-stock companies and limited liability companies nationwide, and selected the largest 300 joint-stock companies in China in 1994. Among them, 100 are wholesale and retail trade enterprises. The journal now publishes the names and total sales of 100 wholesale and retail trade joint-stock companies, and will gradually report on the operating models and experiences of these companies, especially listed companies, and conduct discussions to promote the modern enterprise system.
