1994年,全国商品市场形势与整个国民经济形势一样,总的说来是比较好的。绝大多数商品供求平衡或供大于求,市场货源充裕,基本上保证了生产建设和人民生活的需要。突出的问题是部分农副产品供应较紧,以食品为主导的商品零售价格上涨过猛,逐月攀升,部分居民生活受到了一定影响。1995年稳定市场、稳定物价的关键仍然是解决好粮、棉、油、肉、糖等农副产品的市场供应和市场管理问题。
In 1994, the situation of the national commodity market was the same as that of the entire national economy. Overall, it was better. The vast majority of commodities have a balance of supply and demand or supply exceeds demand, and there are abundant sources of goods in the market, basically guaranteeing the needs of production and construction and people’s lives. The outstanding problem is that the supply of some agricultural and sideline products is relatively tight, and the retail price of food-led commodities has risen excessively. It has been rising month by month, and the lives of some residents have been affected. In 1995, the key to stabilizing the market and stabilizing prices was still to solve the problem of market supply and market management of good agricultural products such as grain, cotton, oil, meat, and sugar.
