动物实验结果表明:养阴安神口服液能显著减少正常小鼠的自发活动次数,极显著缩短正常小鼠戊巴比妥钠出现睡眠的时间和延长睡眠持续时间,其镇静、催眠作用与市售枣仁安神液相当。该药还能显著降低甲亢阴虚大鼠血清T_3、T_4浓度,防止肝糖元含量减少、降低心率、对抗体重减轻,从而显示其养阴、安神作用。
The results of animal experiments show that: Yangyin Anshen Oral Liquid can significantly reduce the number of spontaneous activities of normal mice, significantly reducing the normal mice sleep time and prolong sleep duration of sodium pentobarbital, its sedative, hypnotic effect and commercial Zaoren Anshen Liquid is equivalent.
