在C 8955机床上铲磨滚刀时,由于丝杠、磨头的间隙、机床的工作温度、受其它机床工作影响而引起的振动,以及电源电压等因素的不稳定,往往会造成齿距误差。当误差不大且有规律时,利用改变挂轮比的方法,可以抵消一些误差,从而提高铲磨精度。现举例说明如下:我厂加工一种轴向模数m_o=5.841的高精度蜗轮滚刀(超过2A级),轴向齿距t=18.377,齿距精度:单齿相邻误差±0.006;三齿累积误差±0.009。按一般挂轮调整计算:i=(a×c)/(b×d)=S/12.7=18.377/12.7=1.447007取挂轮:a/b×c/d=(80×70)/(90×43)=1.447028
