This paper takes Wei Shu-sheng’s teaching record of open class of “Mencius see Liang Hui-wang” as an example, analyzes Wei Shusheng’s teaching concept, analyzes how to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and how to implement teaching methods in order to provide some references for teachers .
