36例脑胶质瘤化疗所致白细胞减少症患者(白细胞低于4 0×109/L) ,随机分为3组 ,分别给予不同剂量rhGM CSF。剂量为(2 5～5)μg/kg·d的rhGM CSF ,对化疗引起的白细胞减少症有明显疗效。
Thirty-six patients with glomerulonephritis caused by chemotherapy of glioma (leukocyte less than 400 × 109 / L) were randomly divided into three groups, and were given different doses of rhGM CSF. The dose of rhGM CSF was (25 ~ 5) μg / kg · d, which had a significant effect on chemotherapy induced leukopenia.
