湖南省农科院植保专家采用降解剂及安全性农药等多项技术,综合控制优质稻农药及重金属污染,为该省“绿色”稻米生产提供了强有力的技术支撑。8月6日,记者就此采访了完成该项目的科研人员。据项目主持人、省农科院副院长罗赫荣研究员介绍,为解决优质食用稻农药等残留问题,研究人员在减少农药用量、控制农药残留的基础上,使用降解剂“治理”农药及重金属残留,稻米中甲胺磷等农药及镉、铅等重金属残留量分别减少50%、25%。
