The rats were pre-set with a cardiac catheter and the vein was resuscitated after 3 0% Ⅲ degree scald to observe the changes of serum lactate and nitric oxide (NO) in rats after continuous administration of dopamine [3 μg / (kg · min)]. The results showed that compared with the control group, dopamine treatment could significantly reduce the level of lactic acid and NO in the serum of severely scalded rats, which was obvious at 3 ~ 12 h after injury. Studies have shown that dopamine can reduce the Serum lactic acid, NO levels in severely scalded rats during shock.
