脑出血致偏侧舞蹈症非常少见,现将我们遇到的2例报道如下.1 病例资料例1,患者男性,74岁.因右下肢不自主舞动运动1周,以行走时为甚,于1997年1月22日入院,无头痛、恶心、呕吐等.既往有高血压病史40余年,平时不规则服用降压药治疗.体检:颅神经正常,四肢腱反射及肌张力正常,右下肢肌力Ⅴ级,右Babinski征阳性,右下肢有无法控制的跨步样不自主运动.头颅CT:左侧基底节有0.9cm×1.2cm×1cm的出血灶;右侧基底节有一小的软化灶.给予甘露醇等治疗后不自主运动逐渐减少,发病第2
