宏观偏析的形成与铸锭/铸件凝固成形过程中的热量、质量和流动动量传输行为密切相关。迅速发展并广泛应用的高性能、低价格计算机硬件技术使在不久的将来向商用铸造工艺CAD系统中引入基于精确模拟凝固传输现象的预测宏观偏析的计算机软件成为可能,因而建立准确有效的数学模型及数值方法的基础性研究和实用化研究具有迫切性和挑战性。本文概述了国内外在此领域内的研究进展,分析了实现凝固传输模型实用化需进一步解决的问题及今后的发展趋势。
The formation of macro-segregation is closely related to the heat, mass and momentum transfer during ingot / casting solidification forming. The rapid development and widespread use of high-performance, low-cost computer hardware technology has made it possible to introduce macro-segregation-based computer software that accurately simulates the phenomenon of solidification transfer into commercial foundry CAD systems in the near future, thus establishing an accurate and effective mathematical model And the numerical method of basic research and practical research is urgent and challenging. This paper summarizes the research progress in this area at home and abroad, and analyzes the problems that need to be solved to realize the practical application of the solidification transfer model and the future development trend.
