以探讨江西省高校体育专业学生就业能力的影响因素为目的。基于对江西省228名高校体育专业毕业生的调查数据,采用因子分析法和多重线性回归分析等方法,探讨了高校体育专业学生就业能力的影响因素的维度结构及其与学生应聘满意度的关系。结果表明了江西省高校体育专业学生就业能力的影响因素由个人因素、社会因素、学校因素和应聘因素等4维度构成,各维度均对学生应聘满意度产生显著的负向影响。
This paper aims to explore the influencing factors of employability of physical education students in colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province. Based on the survey data of 228 college PE majors in Jiangxi Province, this paper uses factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to explore the dimension structure of the influencing factors and its relationship with students’ job satisfaction . The results show that the influencing factors of employment ability of physical education students in colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province are composed of 4 dimensions: personal factor, social factor, school factor and candidate factor. Each dimension has a significant negative impact on student job satisfaction.
