我国已经进入全面建设小康社会的新时期 ,统筹城乡经济社会发展成为解决“三农”问题、缩小城乡差距的重大举措。本文在具体分析城乡统筹发展的制约性因素基础上 ,从完善财政体制与改革农村公共产品供给体系等方面提出相应的对策和建议
As China has entered a new era of building an overall well-to-do society, the overall planning of urban and rural economic and social development has become a major measure to solve the “three rural issues” and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas. Based on the concrete analysis of the restrictive factors in the overall development of urban and rural areas, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of perfecting the financial system and reforming the rural public goods supply system
