通过对单位流动人员人事档案管理的问题分析和思考,指出人事管理与利用中存在的问题,并提出几点解决措施,以更好地发挥人事档案的资源优势。
Through analyzing and thinking about the personnel file management of unit floating personnel, this paper points out the problems existing in the personnel management and utilization and puts forward some solutions so as to give better play to the resources superiority of personnel files.
