Archival work shows its pivotal role in the training of school personnel. It is an indispensable and important link in the study of rare and valuable historical materials for improving education and school management. It is necessary to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth discussion on the organizational guarantee and system construction of archives management, the standard preservation of archival materials and the training of archivists’ knowledge and abilities so as to further strengthen archival work.
