本文通过吸收光谱、激发光谱、荧光光谱、荧光激发偏振光谱、荧光偏振光谱和光谱解叠的方法,研究了蓝菌(Westielllopsis prolifica)中C-藻蓝蛋白单体和三聚体的光谱学特性及其发生在其中的能量传递过程。在三聚体中发现了能量逆传递的迹象,并建立了能量双向传递的能级模型,很好地解释了实验所观察到的现象。
In this paper, the spectral characteristics of C-phycocyanin monomers and trimers in the blue mold (Westielllopsis prolifica) were studied by absorption spectroscopy, excitation spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, fluorescence excitation polarization spectroscopy, fluorescence polarization spectroscopy and spectral unfolding And the energy transfer process in which it occurs. The evidence of reverse energy transfer was found in the trimer, and an energy level model of bi-directional energy transfer was established, which well explained the phenomenon observed in the experiment.
