我国已经成为受国际贸易保护主义影响最深的国家,其中受影响最深的产业就是制造业。本论文针对这一现状在结合实际情况的同时解读了国际贸易保护主义崛起的三个主要原因,分别是经济危机、WTO规则中的不完善因素以及新贸易理论中的新规则。并且从关税措施和非关税措施两个方面阐述了国际贸易保护主义对我国制造业产生冲击的途径。最后论文总结出充分发挥政府作用、提高技术含量和管理水平以及创立自主品牌三方面的策略来应对国际贸易保护主义带来的影响。
Our country has become the country most affected by protectionism in international trade. The most affected industry is manufacturing industry. According to the current situation, this dissertation analyzes the three main reasons for the rise of international trade protectionism in combination with the actual situation, namely the economic crisis, the imperfections in the WTO rules and the new rules in the new trade theory. And from two aspects of tariff measures and non-tariff measures, it expounds the ways that international trade protectionism has an impact on the manufacturing industry in our country. Finally, the paper summed up the full play to the role of government, improve the technical content and management level and the creation of its own brand of three strategies to deal with the impact of international trade protectionism.
