作者对51例施行了肾切除并经组织学检查证实为黄色肉芽肿肾盂肾炎(XGP)的病人进行了分析。平均年龄44.8岁(55～74岁),男女之比近1:3(男13例,女38例),均为单侧发病(左肾26例,右肾25例)。症状持续3周～27年(平均5.4年)。最常见的主诉为胁腹痛和发热,主要体征为肾区肿块和触痛。大部分病人(82％)伴有结石。
The authors analyzed 51 patients who had undergone nephrectomy and were confirmed by histological examination as yellow granulomatous pyelonephritis (XGP). The mean age was 44.8 years old (55-74 years). The ratio of men to women was nearly 1: 3 (13 males and 38 females). All were unilateral (26 in the left kidney and 25 in the right kidney). Symptoms last 3 weeks to 27 years (mean 5.4 years). The most common chief complaint was abdominal flaccidity and fever, the main signs of renal mass and tenderness. The majority of patients (82%) had stones.
