本文报告15例复杂性静脉漏性阳萎患者,行双侧髂内静脉,阴茎根部至大隐静脉及股静脉的侧支和阴茎背深静脉结扎.疗效达93%.认为这种梯形分级断流手术较全面而系统地阻挡了阳茎静脉回流.有利于阴茎血液储存.改善勃起状态,还可预防远心端更多侧支循环建立,提高和巩固疗效.
