黄酮化合物常是中草药的一类有效成分,被广泛地用来治疗多种疾病。但临床上使用的药物大多为粗制剂。不少单位用如下比色法测定其含量。取样品液2ml,精密加入 NaNO_2试液(1∶20)0.3ml,放置6分钟,加入 Al(NO_3)_3试液(1∶10)0.3ml,放置6分钟,再加入1 N NaOH 试液4mL,15分钟后于510nm 附近波长处测定光密度,查芦丁标准曲线换算出相当的黄酮含量。此法源于芦丁含量测定法。芦丁是黄酮化合物,所以有些单位套用此法测定
